Jason Boole, MD

Jason Boole, MD is a board-certified otolaryngologist that has been caring for patients on the Emerald Coast since 2007.

Dr. Boole graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University with a BA in chemistry and minor in biology. He subsequently graduated from The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in the top quartile of his class. Dr. Boole completed internship and residency in otolaryngology as an active duty army officer at Tripler Army Medical Center, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

At the completion of his military service in 2007, he joined a multi-specialty group in Fort Walton Beach, FL on the Emerald Coast. He and his family continue to live in Ft. Walton Beach and call it home. In late 2015, he decided to leave the large multi-specialty group and become a solo-practitioner. In January of 2016, he opened his private practice clinic in Pace, Florida.

In January 2018, Dr. Boole opened a new office in a custom built building, close to home on Racetrack Road in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

His young adult children have attended University of Florida, LSU and Florida State and love the Gulf Coast they grew up in.

Dr. Boole focuses on Sinus, Allergy and Sleep Apnea, Hearing Services, Hearing Aids, Earlens, Balance, and Vertigo. He has included a 2000 SF Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center onsite to treat Vertigo. He is passionate about Sleep Apnea and has a 3 bedroom suite sleep lab onsite.

He enjoys privileges at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and Destin Surgery Center.
