Dr. Jason Boole, MD has provided trusted ENT care on the Emerald Coast since 2007. Serving patients across Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville, and surrounding Panhandle communities, Northwest Florida ENT is known for comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• We offer the option of minimally invasive office procedures. Dr. Boole has over 25 years of experience with Balloon Sinuplasty, which may allow for the resolution of sinus symptoms with little or no downtime/missed work.
• For more complex cases, Dr. Boole has privileges at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, less than a mile from the clinic. Dr. Boole also operates at the Destin Surgery Center on Airport Road

Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services

Our 2,000 square foot Physical Therapy and Balance Center provides more than vestibular therapy.

While we specialize in vertigo and balance disorders, we also offer:

• Vestibular rehabilitation
• Fall prevention and gait training
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Orthopedic shoulder therapy
• Rotator cuff rehabilitation
• Knee pain and post-operative knee therapy
• Strength and mobility restoration

Our facility includes an overhead Solostep track system to enhance patient safety during rehabilitation.

By integrating physical therapy within our ENT practice, we provide coordinated care between physicians and therapists for improved outcomes.

Advanced In-House Diagnostic Services

To ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient treatment, we offer:

• High-definition endoscopic imaging (video of nose, sinuses, ears, throat)
• In-office CT scanning
• Comprehensive allergy testing and Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT)

• Accredited in-house Sleep Center (AASM) (Each room is an ensuite with it’s own private bathroom/shower)
• Full-service Audiology department (Hearing Aid sales and support)

• Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center with overhead track system for extra safety

Sleep Apnea Expertise

Dr. Boole is Board Certified and a member of the American Board of Sleep Medicine. 

We offer:

• Home sleep studies
• In-lab sleep studies in our accredited sleep center
• Oral appliance therapy
• Surgical consultation when appropriate
• Northwest Florida Sleep Lab upstairs and is a 3-bed Sleep Center/Laboratory accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). Each “bed” is a suite, with each patient having their own private bathroom, including a shower steps from their bed.

Advanced Allergy Treatment

Dr. Boole is a Fellow of the Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

In addition to comprehensive allergy testing, we provide Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT) — a convenient at-home treatment designed to build long-term immune tolerance without weekly injections.
