Jason Boole, MD

Jason Boole, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist who has been caring for patients along Florida’s Emerald Coast since 2007.

Dr. Boole graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and a minor in Biology. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, graduating in the top quartile of his class.

Following medical school, Dr. Boole completed his internship and residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, while serving as an active-duty U.S. Army officer.

After completing his military service in 2007, Dr. Boole returned to Florida and joined a multispecialty group in Fort Walton Beach. He and his family settled in the community and continue to call the Emerald Coast home.

In late 2015, Dr. Boole made the decision to leave the large multispecialty group and establish an independent practice. He opened his private practice in Pace, Florida, in January 2016, followed by a new Fort Walton Beach location in January 2018 in a custom-built medical facility on Racetrack Road.

Dr. Boole’s clinical interests include sinus and allergy disorders, sleep apnea, hearing loss and hearing aids, and the diagnosis and treatment of balance and vertigo disorders. His Fort Walton Beach practice offers comprehensive services in one location, including a surgical suite, CT scanner, sublingual immunotherapy, audiology and hearing services, an onsite 2,000-square-foot FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center, and a three-suite sleep lab dedicated to the evaluation of sleep disorders.

Dr. Boole is especially passionate about improving the diagnosis and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea and helping patients find effective solutions beyond a one-size-fits-all approach.

He maintains hospital and surgical privileges in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin area.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Boole enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have raised their two children on the Gulf Coast, and their family remains deeply connected to Northwest Florida.
