Our Team at NWFENT

Our team consists of very dedicated Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Audiology, Physical Therapy, Sleep Technicians, and amazing support staff to help us care for you and your family.

In December 2015, Jason Boole,MD founded his private practice, Northwest Florida Ear, Nose, & Throat.  It has grown to be a cutting-edge Ear, Nose, Throat, Allergy, and Sleep Apnea practice for the region. Each room has state-of-the-art equipment, a CT Scanner in the clinic, a surgical suite for in-office procedures, and Audiology complete with hearing aid sales and support.  In January 2018, Dr. Boole partnered with Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center to help his growing number of vestibular patients.  Upstairs is a 2000 SF facility for Balance Treatment in addition to Northwest Florida Sleep Laboratory featuring 3 bedroom ensuites. Hence, each patient has their own private bathroom with a shower, just steps from their bedside.
