John-Thomas (JT) Carrino, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of clinical experience, originally from Northwest Florida. He spent his childhood in Shalimar and Valparaiso while his parents were stationed at Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field. After relocating to Tennessee, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Tusculum University and later completed his Master of Medical Science at the LMU–DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine Physician Assistant Program. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA).

For the past ten years, JT worked with Greeneville Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists, where he provided patient care in the clinic, assisted in surgery, and supervised medical and physician assistant students during their clinical rotations. He developed an extensive background in the diagnosis and management of allergy, sinus, and vestibular disorders, offering comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Now, JT looks forward to returning to the Northwest Florida area with his wife, Gabrielle, and their two young daughters, Ella (3 years old) and Emilia (3 months old). Outside of medicine, he enjoys University of Tennessee sports, boating, building custom PCs, and spending time with his family and their two dogs, Prince and Mae.
