Physical Therapy Team

Carly Pippin, PT, DPT, NCS, is a physical therapist dedicated to helping patients improve mobility and return to the activities they enjoy. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University in 2019 and became a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist in 2022. Dr. Pippins specializes in treating neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and vestibular disorders. She has a special interest in dizziness and balance issues, using evidence-based techniques such as canalith repositioning, gaze stabilization, and balance training. She is passionate about creating individualized care plans and empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve lasting results.

Laila Krech, PT, DPT is originally from New Jersey, earned her B.S. in Athletic Training from James Madison University (2015) and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Marymount University (2019). She began her career working in a hospital setting, helping patients recover from surgery and traumatic injuries. A certified Brain Injury Specialist with additional certifications in vestibular rehab and concussion care, Dr. Krech now treats patients with vestibular, balance, orthopedic, and neurological conditions after relocating to the Florida panhandle.

Tonya Castleberry, is a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant since 2013, with experience in orthopedics, wound care, and acute care, including the treatment of head trauma in a hospital setting. She currently specializes in vestibular rehabilitation at NWF ENT, working closely with patients to address balance, dizziness, and strength. A longtime resident of Fort Walton Beach, Tonya is active in her community and is dedicated to helping patients feel better, move better, and return to their daily lives.

Cynthia Tisdale,  is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant at Northwest Florida ENT with over 15 years of experience helping patients restore mobility and enhance their quality of life. Over the past five years, she has specialized in vestibular therapy, working closely with individuals experiencing balance disorders and dizziness. She is passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging environment where patients feel confident in their progress. She is committed to empowering each individual throughout their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve overall well-being.
